He has run his own development consulting firm, Blanc Canvass, since 2011 where he has helped build and launch major hospitality, retail, gaming, and entertainment projects for companies like Caesars Entertainment, The Cosmopolitan, Golden Entertainment, VICI Properties, and Brooklyn Bowl. In simple terms: when huge companies want to build something iconic, Chris is one of the people they call.

Chris has served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Live Nation Entertainment, the largest live entertainment company on the planet. He literally helps shape how cities experience music, venues, and culture. Before stepping into that role, he spent a decade as the Chief Operating Officer of Brooklyn Bowl across cities like Las Vegas, Nashville, and New York, leading one of the most talked-about entertainment venues concepts in the country. Rolling Stone once called Brooklyn Bowl “the greatest place on Earth,” and Chris was at the center of making that magic real.

But his path started on Wall Street. Chris was a corporate finance analyst at Lehman Brothers, then a securities analyst in a distressed debt hedge fund, and then a strategy leader at MGM Resorts International and Caesars Entertainment. While at Caesars, Chris led the conceptual development and eventual board approval of the Linq Promenade including the 550 feet tall High Roller observation wheel (the tallest in the world at its opening).  He has negotiated deals, structured partnerships, led master planning for major properties, and worked directly with operators, investors, and government leaders.

And he did all of this after earning his degree in Finance and Economics from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Chris has lived in Las Vegas since 2004 with his wife of 22 years, Jen, and son, Henry. Chris has been a board member of Goodwill of Southern Nevada since 2021. Chris was named a C-Suite Honoree and 40 Under 40 by Vegas Inc. magazine and is alumnus of Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Las Vegas program.
